All of our exceptional nannies arrive at your door pre-screened (by a mum who had been an on -call, live in and live out nanny, & who is a teacher)
They ALL have;
our one of a kind "Mummy Guarantee" If I wouldn't leave my toddler with the nanny...The nanny doesn't work for us!! PERIOD
19 years or older (average age is about 25)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
RCMP Criminal Record Check (recent)
CPR & First Aid (valid and up to date)
Minimum two years childcare experience (most have WAY more experience/huge variety if credentials avaialble)
Minimum two childcare reference letters (verified)
having had a Personal Interview
