Aves Early Education Centre's Mission:
Aves is an early education centre providing full-day childcare for children 12 months to 5 years. Our passion is to provide the best education for your child. We have a remarkable program that aims to develop the whole child with a focus on fostering a love of learning in early learners. Our curriculum's design is research-based, drawing on the works of influential educators such as Maria Montessori, Lev Vygotsky, and the inspirational schools in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Children are challenged daily with carefully planned activities such as rescue missions, investigations, and experiments in a child-friendly, aesthetic, and stimulating environment.
Two healthy snack and a home-cooked hot lunches is provided each day:
Aves follows the Canadian Food Guide and provides children with delicious, fresh, home-cooked healthy meals that have been created and approved by a certified nutritionist. Each child's daily food and drink intake will be logged for parent's convenience. In addition, to further ensure that each child is acquiring the recommended daily intake of food, parents will be notified as to what their child's remaining daily intake of fruit, veggie, dairy (or alternative), meat (or alternative), and grain is each and every day.
We are a newly renovated facility. Our head teacher has over 8 years of teaching experience with a Master in Education in Early Childhood. We are now accepting children 30 months to 5 years old and have three spaces available. We are a fully licensed childcare centre and accept child care subsidy.
Full-time openings available for Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Part-time openings available for 3 days and 2 days per week
