We are one of the first non-profit, parent participation preschools with a full time program available on the North Shore. Our program allows parents to have great input into and knowledge about the program and place where they are entrusting their kids. Parents can spend time in the classroom with their children on select days as well as having the opportunity to run the organization in a variety of roles while learning about parenting at the same time. You will get to know all of the kids and parents in the school community while becoming a part of your child's first school experience.
Our school is located in Blueridge in a forest-like setting with great indoor and outdoor play spaces. Our teachers are experienced, dedicated and caring. We offer a play based program which aims to provide your children with social, emotional and cognitive learning through a structured exploration of the environment. Our children grow by doing and so we foster a collaborative, positive space where children become independent learners. The cirriculum provides children with the springboard they need for a successful transition to kindergarten.

Full-Day Preschool
3 & 4 year olds
Monday through Friday
7:45am - 5:15pm
Limited 2-day and 3-day spots are still available however priority is given to families interested in 5-day spots.
Snacks will be provided for the children but they will be expected to bring their own lunches. Parents who register their children in the full-day preschool program will be asked to take turns bringing vegetables for the class snack, and will participate in helping run the school in a job of their choice.
Fees are $1,000/month (per child) for five days, $700/month for 3 days and $500/month for 2 days.
Classes run year-round, closing for one week over winter break and all statutory holidays. Families registering for the full day program will be asked to pay a $80 non-refundable administration fee for each year they enroll and will need to provide a deposit equal to 50% of the first month's tuition in order to hold their spot. Cheques will be payable June 1, 2014.
