The Queensway West Montessori School offers programs for children 15 months to 6 years old. Our programs offer a nurturing home like environment that will be prepared for the child's needs and growth patterns. The students will explore and learn through hands on experience, investigation and research. The Montessori Philosophy is based on the idea that children are self motivated to learn from their surroundings. We believe children as being competent, capable , curious and rich in potential.
The children go outside twice daily (weather permitting) or we have a great gym that is available for both the Toddler and Primary Class. We have two concerts a year, with a social time after for the families to interact with each other.
During the School Year (September to June), both the Toddler and Primary Class have a Music Class twice a month, which the children really enjoy. The Primary Class go on scheduled Field Trips during the school year; they include the Museums, Tulip Festival, Farms, etc.
The school offers a March Break and Summer Camp for students who attend the school.
Admission conditions
Admissions Forms need to be filled out completely before a child can start with our school. A yearly Registration Fee + 1 months tuition will hold a child's space at the school. We encourage parents to come for a tour of the school before they register their child.
