Bright Horizons Childcare is a LICENSED DAYCARE facility in the Willoughby area of Langley.
The daycare is located in a purpose built basement with over 1,000 square feet dedicated to the children and their development. We are set up like a large group center but are located in a comfortable home like setting.
Bright Horizons has a large play area where children can explore and play together with blocks, cars, dolls, trains, cooking, animals and much more! Children can also play independently at the water table, doing puzzles, counting, lacing, printing, and much more! We also have a library room where children are able to read quietly, discover play through puppets and our puppet theater, and listen to a daily story time! Another room has also been set up for circle time, nap and an extra play room when the weather outside is dreary.
Bright Horizons is able to care for 8 children between the ages of 1 and 5 years. Full-time and part-time spaces are available Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm.
We currently have three drop-in, part or full time spaces available for children between the age of 3 and 5.
As a licensed early childhood educator I believe that children deserve a positive and safe learning environment to grow and develop as people. My goal is to provide many learning experiences in a place where children and families feel safe. I believe that children learn through play and that their growth is best fostered in a positive and comfortable environment.
I have many years experience working with children and have completed my Early Childhood Education certificate, obtained my license to practice through the province of British Columbia, have current first aid, and have had a criminal record check completed. Bight Horizons is a licensed daycare center. |
