My name is Celeste Beesley and I am a certified elementary teacher working in the Chilliwack school district. Along with my Education Degree, I also have my Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I have over 10 years of experience working with young children. I am an enthusiastic teacher who loves to create fun and engaging opportunities for children to play and learn. I have a genuine love and passion for working with children.
The focus of Fraser Valley Community Preschool is one of high quality education, where children and families feel safe, nurtured and excited to learn. The program will include elements that promote success in each child. Learning outcomes are designed to help each child build confidence, establish relationships with peers, strengthen language and numeracy development, promote and encourage communication in order to voice needs, wants and thoughts to other adults and children, learn to follow instructions and routines, while providing a setting that encourages creativity, motivation, cooperation and persistence. Most importantly young children learn through play. Many learning outcomes will be taught through this medium.
