We are a licensed group daycare with an open door policy. Although we are classified as a group centre, we are still small enough to have a home daycare feel, but with the reliability and consistency of a larger centre.
The daycare has a safe, fun and inviting atmosphere both inside and out. The playground is large and well equipped, with a two- story Playhouse and bike track.
Our curriculum consists of two approaches play based and a academic program.
To parents - " we're here when you can't be" Therefore we provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment. Our emphasis is not on a child's successes or failures but what he/she gains in independence. self-control and a sense of responsibility.
Children do not need to be potty trained in order to enrol, but parents are required to supply pull-ups or underwear, change of clothes and baby wipes.
Going from a safe and familiar surrounding of home to the structure of a classroom is a big step for any child & parent . To make the transition a happy one we encourage gradual entry
Children bring their own lunches, we will also heat lunches
We practice fire and earthquake drills on a monthly basis.
Discipline at the daycare usually consists of redirection, but we will work with you to address any concerns you or we may have regarding your child.
Our daily schedule is posted on our website
