I am a single mother living in a secure apartment in downtown Edmonton with my 19 months daughter and providing evening, overnight and weekend childcare. My home is clean and newly renovated. A warm home setting that your child will like living in a real home.
I can speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Evening 7 pm to 10 pm
2 3 years old $12 / Hour
3 6 years old $10 / Hour
Included one dinner: mainly Chinese food (i.e. chicken, pork, vegetable, salmon, rice)
Nuts free.
Overnight 9 pm to 6 am
Full-time (Monday to Friday)

Part time
2 3 years old $60/night
3 6 years old $55/night
Included one breakfast if your child can wake up at 5 am: cereal with homogenized milk, cheese bar, sandwiches, or bread.
For Friday, you can extend the pick up hours to Saturday 9am without fee. So your child can sleep longer for the weekend.
Evening and Overnight Just add the hourly rate to the overnight fee

Snacks will be cheese bar, biscuit, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.
Note:
Fee does not include formula milk, diapers or any special requirements that your child needs
Fee is to be paid monthly on the first service day of the month.
Shower
I will not take shower for your child unless you sign an authorization for me to do it and you are staying here from 7pm to 6am. I will definitely wash their face and bring them to brush their teeth if it is overnighted.
Transportation
Transportation can be provided if you childs daycare, school or home is near downtown (within 10 minutes driving) and time can fix into my schedule. Transportation only be provided before 7pm and after 6am. $200 transportation fee will be added to the fee. You need to provide a car seat for me.
Absent
If your child has fever or serious cold, you need to bring them home immediately and only allow bringing them back if symptom has gone for 24 hours. I will send them to emergency if serious illness occurs. 50% fee will be refunded to you for those full absent day.
If this is my daughter or I who are sick and you cannot come here, I will refund you for the fee of those days.
The latest time to drop down your child is 10 pm as we all sleep at that time. If no show up by 10 pm, I will consider you are absent and no refund will be paid to you. Any absent due to your own reason unless sickness of your child as stated above will have no refunded.
I will close on public holidays and no refunded for those days.
If I take holiday for vacation, I will notice you as soon as possible with at least one month notice. No fee will be paid for my vacation.
Sleeping area
The bed is placed in our room as I want your child sleep comfort and feel secure at night. Your child has his/her own bed. You can choose them to sleep in the living room.
Medication
I will not give any medication to your children. It is important for them to stay home if they are sick and require medication.
Withdraw
Both you and I have two weeks advance notice to withdraw your child.
No subsidy is available as I am private dayhome. |
