	I have a strong background in childhood development and understand the importance of balance between schedules and flexibility. Arts & crafts, outdoor play, reading and of course lots of toys are a few of the things that will fill your child's day. I am very flexible and am happy to work with you around your schedule (including evenings) and am also willing to do casual or short term. My 8 month old son can't wait to make new friends too!
