Welcome to Spilt Milk Daycare! I provide a warm and nurturing environment where children can feel at ease to learn and grow. I am very sensitive to the individual needs of children and work hard to help them see and understand the world from their perspective. I am highly energetic, easy going and have a very patient nature.
I am a mother myself of two children and understand how difficult a decision it is to choose a caregiver for your child. Keeping this in mind, I like to work with families to make this transition as stress - free as possible.
Spilt Milk Daycare is cloth diaper friendly and uses earth and people friendly cleaners. I prepare healthy, often organic snacks and lunches. We have two main floor play areas along with an additional play space in our finished basement. We have a fenced in backyard and live on a very quiet street.
We live in a bright, child- friendly home around the corner from Oldfield Park, one of Barrhaven’s hidden gems. We are within walking distance to Farley Mowat and St. Andrew’s elementary schools.
I am well educated, an active member of the CCPRN and bring extensive experience working with children in addition to raising our own twin girls each and everyday.
