My philosophy of child care is that young children are more receptive and learn faster when they are exposed to a relaxed, fun environment that focuses on developing social skills ie. listening, following direction and interacting with peers. Through activities such as circle time, music time, stories and play we work at developing those skills which are beneficial both now and when the child reaches school age. This philosophy has also been endorsed by the Ontario Public School Teacher's Federation (OPSTF).
