I am a happily married, mother of two beautiful boys (ages 1.5 and 5) I have been blessed with the opportunity to be able to stay home with them both and enjoy every moment. I am now ready to take a new step in the direction of home daycare.
I am thrilled about taking on this opportunity and to be given the chance to enrich the lives of children by teaching them everything I can. We will explore everything from ABC’s to manners, to sharing and caring for others, to all about nature and life’s lessons. I am persuing a sociology/psychology degree part-time through the University of Western Ontario. My long-term goal is to become an elementary school teacher.
I am an extremely honest, hard-working and organized person. I am committed to this new career path and am incredibly enthusiastic about helping children discover what life has to offer them. I simply can’t wait to get started.
I have created a clean, warm, bright and safe playroom for the children. It is filled with educational toys, play centers, a comfortable reading area and lots of space at the table for fun-filled arts and crafts. I also have a large gated, sun-covered deck filled with fun outside toys.
We will follow a daily schedule that will allow the children the opportunity to enhance their imaginations through activities such as circle time, story time, puppet plays, dancing, outside play, open play time and so much more.
