Hello, my name is Katherine. I am a mother of two girls ages 3 and 9 and we are looking to add 2 little friends to our dayhome! I have 2 spots open effective August 1 (possibly earlier). These spots are full time and for children ages 2-6. I choose to take in only 2 day home children, so you can be sure your little one will receive lots of one on one attention!
My dayhome is set up to feel like a home away from home. We do daily outings and regular field trips. The children I have cared for have enjoyed trips to the library, Happy Acres U-Pick, JJ Nature Center, Zoo, Museum, various spray parks and special outings for a yummy treat! We do lots of reading, baking, crafts, and enjoy learning through play and weekly/ monthly units.
I serve a healthy breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks. I am easily able to accommodate gluten free and vegan diets if that is an issue for your child. We eat almost entirely homemade, organic foods and very little processed food/ processed meat.
I am a private dayhome so unfortunately cannot offer subsidy, however I will provide receipts for care. I have my criminal record/child welfare checks, childcare first aid, and excellent parent references. I also have a beautiful dayhome album of outings and crafts that I am proud to show you.
