I have a privately run day home in Sherwood Park. I am looking for fun, friendly children ready to play.
I have been working in the childcare field for over 10 years and am passionate about my work. I take pride in caring for your children and giving them the quality time and attention they deserve at a day home.
I have my level one early childhood education certificate, as well as my current childcare CPR/first aid license. Both my husband and my self have current criminal background check and child welfare check.
My day home is full of fun times for your children. I have a strict learning through play philosophy. When your child is building a tower he is learning valuable math and physics skills. When your child is playing dress up she is learning important social skills. When your child is painting she is learning about colors and textures. When your child is scribbling with a crayon he is developing the skills needed to print his name.
I have a large main floor play room, separate nap room, rainy day play room, and a large, fully fenced backyard with a sturdy slide/swingset and a covered sandbox.
I serve a nutritious lunch and 2 snacks daily, and I do have a gluten/dairy free menu available.
