Hello, I'm a mother of three children ages 14, 12, and 6 years old. I have been a stay at home mother for 14 years and for the past 5 years I've been doing home childcare.
I'm currently in my last year of the ECE program and will graduate this year with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. My philosophy is to have fun and learn in play-based environment. :)
I live in the Forest Hill area of Kitchener, Queens Blvd/Westmount Road or Queens Blvd/Fischer-Hallman Road.
I have my Childcare License through the Region of Waterloo. I have my First Aid/CPR, Police Check, and Family and Children's Services Check all up to date.
Starting in May 2017, I will have have room for 1 Full-time child to join my daycare.
I offer many age appropriate activities for children that include arts, games, puzzles, drama, and sensory. I have a finished basement with a play room dedicated to the daycare. I have a large backyard that is fully fenced and it has a swing set and plenty of room to play and have fun. I enjoy taking the children to all Parks in the Waterloo Region, Ontario Early Years Center, Playgroups, Day Trips, Community Centers, Libraries and for walks in my neighbourhood. I offer healthy meals and snacks for the children.
I do have a dog that's hypoallergenic and he is great with the children.
