At Little Penguin Family Child Care we strongly believe that
play is the essential component of a developmentally
appropriate curriculum. Our main objective is to have fun,
provide a positive approach to learning, enhance social skills,
and encourage creative expressions. Children will be offered
activities that stimulate sensory motor development,
language skills, social interaction, creativity, explore their
environment, and the linking of concepts to real world
experience.
We will explore learning adventures that focus on letters,
shapes, color and number recognition, reading readiness,
circle time, free play, arts and crafts, puzzles, math / science
music / singing, imaginative play, educational toys, and
seasonal activities.
One of our hopes as educators is to promote a love of
learning in children, as we share our own passion for
learning with them.
We will always strive to be the best educators we can be !

Warm Welcome to all families and new friends to "Little
Penguin" Child Care where children are respectfully treated as
individuals in an environment that welcomes reason,
exploration, curiosity, and imagination.
I strive in every way to provide a comfortable,nurturing,
extended family atmosphere where children can develop
emotionally, physically, and intellectually while socializing
in a small group ratio. My job is to allow them to safely
explore their natural talents, paving a path for natural
development.
I hope you find my home to be the place your child will
flourish, make new friends, be creative, have fun, and
discover the wonders of “ Learn Through Play “ while
