I provide nutritionally balanced, tasty, homecooked meals and plenty of healthy snacks.
We visit our local playgroups every morning, providing consistency, structure, routine and a larger context to test their emerging abilities and develop social skills. Playgroup includes daily visits to the gym, creative play, snack and circle time, (songs and stories).
During our outdoor play, we visit our front and backyard, local parks, and school playgrounds as a part of our daily routine.
I have almost 30 years of experience working with children.
I was a creative arts teacher for children ages 2-16 for ten years in the performing arts community prior to starting a family.
After raising three boys in collaboration with my husband, I felt well prepared to begin a home daycare.
I have a wide variety of stimulating and educational toys and books as well as many arts and crafts supplies. I am well organized, creative, nurturing, positive, encouraging, and playful with the children. I love to sing and read with them and make them laugh. I treasure every moment I spend with them and celebrate their little steps in growth and daily accomplishments. |
