Rose’s Home Childcare is a wonderful place for your child to grow, play and learn. I’m a loving mother of two great kids that offers quality care to children between the ages newborn to 10 years of age. I do not have a room set up just for childcare but use my whole house as a living space and daycare combined. It’s not your ordinary home with beautiful nick knacks and decorations just a simple, clean and safe environment for our children to play and learn in. You will find educational toys in every room and lots of beautiful daycare craft, projects and art work displayed around the house! We are very proud of our art work and love to show it off!!!! I treat all children as if they were mine and give everybody the same love and affection so everybody feels welcomed, loved and happy to spend their time at my childcare. I worked in a daycare center in Europe for five years and this is my 8th year of home childcare here in Canada. I enjoy every stage a child goes through. I love to watch them develop and learn new skills every day they are with me. I get all excited when they learn to do something “new” and will let you know right away! I am a very honest person and very easy to talk to. I develop a great relationship with parents because they trust me and know I will provide the best care possible for their children. I make every effort to comply with all parents wishes and insist on having open communication between both parties. I always let parents know if I have any concerns with their children and always try to help them with the problem. I also ask them for their opinion with my own kids if I ever have a problem and can’t seem to resolve. It’s just a good relationship between all involved. I am fair with everyone and all rules are the same for everybody. A written policy will be handed to all parents where all my rules and regulations are stated along with all reports and policies. I also give advance notice for any time childcare will not be available so parents have plenty of time to find back up care. I also save future spots for children if parents leave a down payment.
Many parent offer to be a reference for me and are very happy to pass out my name to people they know that might need childcare. Therefore references are available upon request.
