Hello Parents/Guardians,
I am a warm and nurturing mother of three little girls' ages 7 years,5 years and 15 months old. I have been taking care of children for almost 10 years now and enjoy every minute I am with the children! I have many years experience looking after children and hope to continue until I retire.
Your child's day will be semi structured to include;
~guided play, and free play,
~learning time (123's & ABC's),
~ age appropriate crafts and activities,
~ Story time, circle time,
~quiet/nap time (separate rooms if needed),
~walks and outdoor play in the back yard (mostly outdoor play!)
I also love to bake, cook, and do everyday family things with the children so that they learn great skills as well as feel like they are a part of my family. I have many toys for all age groups and the children are encouraged to use their imaginations, but most importantly to have fun! All children welcomed into my daycare are always treated with love and respect. At the end of the day, your child should leave my care feeling happy and with a good self-image that makes them feel important and cared for. We also will be going to local parks and outings.
I live in a quiet residential neighborhood in Chapel Hill and will be able to service Forest Valley Elementary for before and after school care.
My hours are open from 6:30am -- 5:00pm Monday - Friday (can be flexible if needed and within reason)..
I have my updated first aid, criminal record check and tons of references.I am a member of CCPRN (Childcare Providers Network)
