We provide a learning based preschool enhanced environment with numerous activities and outings.
I have chosen to commit my time to providing care for children because I believe that early care and guidance is crucial when encouraging our young people to develop into loving generous human beings.
We participate daily in activities that encourage learning by experience. Our focus is on development activities that encourage social interaction, confidence to work independently, be kind to each other and encourage good manners. Physical and cognitive growth are encouraged in everything we do. Color recognition, numbers and letters, balance, core strength, small motor skills and large body movement. We do crafts, puzzles and art projects to encourage creativity and imagination. We often role-play and create puppet shows or travel to the Moon or even Africa!
I have opted in to the BC Parent Fee Reduction Initiative which will reduce fees to parents of infants up to $600 per month, and preschool age 3-5 years $500 per month.
I have been providing childcare since 2005, have Child Care Emergency First Aid, Early Childhood Educator Certification, Good Beginnings training covering Nutrition, Safety, Guidance and Discipline, and a variety of Toddler and Pre-school teaching techniques I provide all equipment such as high chairs, all bedding and feeding supplies, playpens, sleep mats, blankets, spoons, bibs etc.

Please be a pet lover. We have a small dog. She is Havaneese born in 2010 and we are told the breed is "hypo-allergenic". She very much enjoys playing with our daycare friends. |
