I am a mother that has decided to not return to work after my second child. I am looking for one child to take on during the day – preferably a child my son’s age – (3 turning 4) He will be attending Dr. F G Mcdonald in the afternoons starting in September. If you are looking for some one on one care for your child without nanny prices, then look no further.I will be able to devote and spend time with my kids and yours. We have three parks in walking distance as well as an Ontario Early Years Centre which we will attend for playgroups and registered programs. We also have a city run (recreation guide) drop in playgroup within walking distance. I live in a bungalow – no stairs. We have many educational toys and games which we will do together. I have a white board for learning. As well as a felt board with a large variety of felt stories and songs. We will read plenty of books and sing lots of songs throughout the day. We will also have plenty of time for play dough and arts and crafts. I really limit my children’s T.V time, as I believe very little is learned from T.V. We will have daily walks to the park. I will accept part time care as well. This would also suit a teacher or supply teacher. If you are a supply teacher looking for daycare for the days you only work, we can work out a cost, as the price would have to be a little higher.
Healthy snacks and lunch provided.
Price per day for full time (5 days a week) $40
Price per day for part time (Less then 5 days a week) $50
I will not charge for holidays or sick days and receipts will be provided.
Please note we do have friendly pets
