Hello, my name is Monica and I am a mother of 2 young children, ECE and Montessori trained. I have decided to stay home and raise my children and provide home daycare services to others looking for safe, loving and educational care for their children.
The daycare is located in the basement of my house. I have many toys and games for the children. I have toys that range from new born to 12 years old. I have lots of outdoor toys as well. My house is child friendly, very clean, smoke and pet free and very safe. My first priority is safety. All food is healthy, homemade and fun for children. I provide breakfast, 2 snacks and lunch. I offer milk, water and juice with all the meals.
I have been working with children for almost 15 years. I have worked in Early Childhood Centres, Monetssori Private Schools and Among Friends Child Care Before and Afterschool programs. I can provide references from both parents and from co-workers.
Through quality play activities, the children gather valuable information as they develop important skills for future academic success.
My curriculum includes, circle time, stories, songs & finger plays, music & movement, creative art, language, math, games and large muscle activities, science and nature explorations, community awareness, self help skills, and much more
