I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator with 11 years experience working in daycare centres with children ages 3 months -12 years. I have up to date CPR and First Aid training, a current Criminal Record Check, and my home is smoke and pet free.
As a mother of a 1 year old girl I understand the importance of finding a provider who you can trust to care for your child. I will provide a safe, fun, and educational environment including:
*A nutritional menu following the Canada’s Food Guide for morning and afternoon snacks, and lunch;
*A daily routine based on the children’s needs and interests as well as seasonal themes including songs, story time, sensory play, crafts, and much more;
*A large carpeted and colourful playroom where we will have our free play time;
*Lots of outdoor/gross-motor play (as the weather permits) in a large fenced in backyard, walks to the local parks, etc.;
Children learn the most through their play! I will provide your child with the opportunities to build their skills within the developmental domains (cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, self-help, and creative). |
