Hello,
my name is Edel and I offer high quality child care services in the south end of Regina. Before relocating to Regina this year, I owned a great dayhome in Alberta. I have my Business License, Level 1 in Early Childhood Education, First Aid and CPR, Criminal Record checks for any adults residing in my home, Child Welfare Check, and Testimonials.
I offer breakfast, lunch, and two snacks a day. All meals are highly nutritional, home-made from scratch, and mostly organic.
There is no TV in the house, allowing the children to have an endless amount of fun and educational activities all day long.
My Before and After School Program offers a great balance between active play outdoor and indoors to get rid of built up energy from school and a calm environment to rest and enjoy some quieter activities.
I also offer Part Time child care for younger children. We enjoy a lot of outdoor play, outings to parks and playgrounds, etc. Indoors I offer a great set-up with areas for dramatic play, blocks and manipulatives, arts and crafts, literature, and much more!
Some additional services I offer:
-Open door policy.
-Care on PD Days and other school closures.
-I also offer to provide packed lunches to school aged children that are equally delicious and nutritious as all other meals in my home.
-Fun and educational field trips to parks, library, farmer's market, etc.
-Trilingual home (German, Spanish, English).
