Hi parents!
My name is Olena. I have 25 years' experience of being a mother, and 16 years’ experience of working as a caregiver. I very much enjoy this job and working with children. I have a degree in nursing and I finished CPR and First-Aid courses.
My goal is to give your child a clean, comfortable, safe, smoke and pet-free environment. I provide 2 healthy, home-cooked meals and 2 snacks, following the Canadian Food Guide. There are 2 play rooms in my house, a separate bedroom for nap time and a play structure in my backyard. Weekly we go to 2 different play groups; there are 2 parks that we go to in my neighbourhood. We take walks and play outside daily. We do many activities during the day, such as singing, dancing, playing games, exercising, reading and making crafts.
I worked with Global Child Care Services for several years and was approved by the agency. I still follow their guidelines and standards, but I am now working as a private unlicensed daycare provider. References are available upon request. Please contact me if you have any questions.
There are spots available for kids between 6 months and 4 years old, as well as babies under 1. My hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday. $55/ day. For babies under 1 year old $58/day.
