I have had a day home myself for three years but have been working in child care for seven years:D.I love kids and decided a long time ago this was my calling:) Many people ask why I chose to go with an agency and that was so I could branch out and offer to help everyone as I don't believe that quality care should break the bank. My motto is "Every child deserves loving care"
My fees, which I discuss during interviews, include all food and activity prices. I provide healthy breakfast's lunches and two snacks that go arm in arm with the canada food guide. We also loveeee to bake !!!!
I strive to make sure my home stays a safe, warm, and loving environment for your child. We work on fine motor skills as well gross motor skills. I have plenty to help your child learn and prepare for school as well as actively teaching them to work well with others around them. I also strive to help your child create their own sense of independence and encourage them to continue building the skills they have as well as adapting to new situations. I also do NOT use TV to keep the children entertained... Generally it will only be on the Spa music channel or the kids station :D And I do NOT have a computer open for access for the children at all!
My home is smoke free however we do have a cat who stays in our upstairs. The dayhome is a completely separate entrance to our big FENCED backyard (perfect for our awsome adventures!)
I am fully certified with my first aid, level one in child care and Police clearance .
Please contact me via email for a interview.
