I am orginally from England & have my N.N.E.B.( E.C.E equivalence)as well as my E.C.E. from Seneca College.I am fully qualified & have lots of experience.Previous experience includes working in a school with special needs children (England) & for Metro Children's Services(City of Toronto).
I have been doing home day care for many years & offer a structured day.I usually work around an educational "theme" & offer arts & crafts,field trips,educational activites( that co-inside with the "theme").As well as weekly visits to Frank Mckechnie library.
I strive to fulfill all physical,intellectual,language,emotional & social needs of the children.I have lots of experience with all age groups & children with special needs.
There are hot lunches & snacks included in your fee.My fees are very reasonable & tax reciepts are issued on a yearly basis.References are available upon request.
My home is very clean & safe...with smoke alarms & fire extinguishers on every floor.There is a fully fenced garden with lots of toys & games.
I believe that children learn best in a structured,loving enviroment so my aim is to make the day care as loving & caring as the child's home.
I am willing to do school drop off & pick ups in the immediate area .Babies must be 12 months & up & may be asked to provide your own car seat.
I take a maximum of 5 children.At this time I have 1-2 spot available & will take children from ages 12 months & up.Full or part time is available.
I keep my numbers low to ensure the best quality care in a nuturing enviroment.
Fees are $165 per week for full time & $35 per day for part time(i:e per day based on not attending 5days per week).
I am located close to the Square One area with easy access to highways and schools.Eglington/McLaughlin/Mavis/Bristol are all access roads.
