Located in prestigous Lakeshore Woods I have happily run a home daycare for 24 years. Throughout those years I have cared for many little ones who routinely come back to visit. I consider myself fortunate to call the families I have cared for my friends.
I have many many many references. There is story-time, and theme/dress up days, crafts and baking. Lots of music and dancing when we are not out exploring nature and the many parks and trails in the area.
As a provider I consider it important to be CPR, and First Aid certified, and have a current police vulnerable sector security clearance.
With my experience there is no situation that I have not yet encountered. When it comes to care for your child there can be no substitute for experience
A fully fenced in yard with many toys, games and tricycles, together with all the modern amenities that you'd expect (central heat and AC, dedicated play and nap room, smoke-free and pet-free) round out the reasons why you should pay me a visit if you plan on seeking out home daycare.
