I am a mother of one daughter who offers licensed childcare in my home. I am educated in social work, with courses in child and youth care as well. I am not a preschool, but I carry out a preschool curriculum package called Mother Goose Time. Being licensed means I go through unscheduled inspections, I have up to date first aid, I have had criminal record checks done, and I keep excellent policies and records. We do not have a fenced yard, but we are close to several playgrounds and a large field. I have never looked after more than 4 kids to maintain a low child to adult ratio.
I charge monthly rates, not daily rates, unless a parent's schedule requires it. See my webpage for a fill list of rates. Full time care of 5 days a week has a monthly rate of $750, which covers the cost of the Mother Goose Time curriculum as well.
