Amber's Dayhome is a safe, nuturing, loving, positive atmosphere for your little ones to grow and learn. A place where children of all ages are welcome with full time and part time spots available. Small group settings to ensure quality care, and equal one on one attention. Healthy meals, and snacks are offered, with occational special treats! We learn through play by exploring the world around us. I encourage positive behavior, and help teach good socialization skills, offer choices when possible, encourage independance, promote good self-esteem, re-direct with negative behaivors, I use praise, structured daily activities, quiet times, and am very flexible to your child's individual needs.I work with your children to help develop good motor skills, physical development, language development, and even use and teach Infant sign Language! My dayhome offers a wide variety of activities with a LARGE playroom designed for your little ones !! Our days include : daily reading, music and dance, crafts, outdoor play, group play, imagination, learning, monthly themes, special parties for holidays and birthdays.Solid references with current Level C First Aid, Level 1 ECD, and many yrs experience with all ages. I have been running a dayhome for over 9 years and plan on doing so for quite some time still ! I have previously worked in a daycare centre and believe i have much to offer to your children. A home away from home where parents are worry free , and where kids can be kids ! I spend ALOT of my time planning activities for your little ones to enjoy. In the times I am not caring for children, you will often find me searching the internet for crafts, ideas, games and activities to do with all the kids, preparing activities, crafts for the next day , planning our themes, making newsletters, i often go to the library for new books to read, new music to dance to, books on childcare to educate myself as much as possible when it comes to providing quality childcare. I take pride in what i do, and work Hard at offering quality childcare !!
Please discuss with me if friday's are required as my scedule is changing for september. Occational friday's will only be offered, or mornings. |
