I am so excited to share my passion for young children’s learning with you. Each day you will hear from me and your child about the delightful experiences that we've shared together. My goal is that your child will come home everyday bursting with excitement and anxious to tell you about the wonders they've discovered and the adventures that they've had throughout the day. I will be encouraging your child to ask questions, to explore their own ideas and to document what they learn through play to become independent learners.
I am a mother and qualified teacher with both a bachelor's degree and master's degree in Early Childhood Education and have taught children aged from 0-8 in ECE environments and elementary schools.
I have dedicated my entire home as our learning environment, it includes:
* Finished basement gross motor play space for extra chilly winter days
* Main floor arts and craft space
* Main floor cognitive and perceptual learning environment
* Main floor dramatic play environment
* Second floor children's library
* Main Floor construction play space
I maintain current police checks, CPR and first aid and a healthy home-made menu free of processed foods.
