If you are looking for a safe space where your child can feel confident being themselves, if you want your child to feel valued for who they are, and experience natural outdoor play with just enough safe supervision, then send me a message! Spaces are filling up fast as the program size is limited.
This program is a mix of indoor and outdoor school experiences. Typical days will start and end indoors, with the rest of our time spent outside; outdoor activities run rain or shine, but if it gets super wet or chilly, we will have a home base to dry off a bit and warm up.
I focus on exploring the beautiful community we live in, learning how to take care of nature, and each other, and helping children navigate their emotions (especially the big ones) in a positive way.
I have children of my own, 13+ years of childcare experience (with a focus on outdoor education.) I have my ECE Certificate (graduated with honors), Criminal Record Check, Emergency Child Care First Aid/CPR/AED Level B.
I provide an inclusive environment, so every child feels like they are a part of any activity, (e.i. modifying activities for little ones to partake) and each child/family feels welcome!
I take great pride in my education, and want nothing more than to provide children (and parents) with a positive Daycare experience.
My goal is to ensure parents feel at ease knowing their child is being cared for in a nurturing, loving environment.
I know how difficult it is to leave your child during the day, and I will provide several drop-in visits to get acquainted with me/my home, so your child can have an easier transition.
