Reach for the Stars Daycare
Operated by a stay-at-home mother of a 2 year old toddler.
Offering part time or full time care, ages 2-5. Before and after school care is a possibility.
BA Psychology, with ten years of experience working in various care giver and teacher roles. Educational activities and learning centres including reading, writing, mathematics, physical activity, arts, sciences/sensory, and music time. Lots of outdoor play, and planned field trips to the Zoo, Library, play dates (included in the cost of care, and parents are always welcome to join). Pre-planned menu and theme based activities. Daily written reports so parents can stay up to date on child's days and progress. Low ratio always ensures better safety, encourages more learning opportunities, allows children to build a better bond with the care provider and have more of a comfortable at-home atmosphere.
CPR & First Aid. Vulnerable sector screening upon request.
Experience with special needs, including learning disabilities, hearing impairment, epipen use, etc. |
