Full/part time day care available. I am a stay at home mom with a happy little 8 month old (who would love to have some friends to play with) i have a wide range of experience working with children of all ages. I started babysitting when i was just 12 years old. Then i went on to do volunteer work in daycares, shortly after was hired on. Throughout my high school years I carried volunteer and placement positions exceeding expectations of my supervisors. I worked with multi-handicap children and children from grades 1-8. I enjoyed doing this so much that i decided to further my education in "child and youth worker" where i graduated the 3 year program in the top percentile of my class. While I attended college i worked in schools with all age groups (lots of work with high needs children, (who needed special one to one attention) in group homes, and in a secure detention facility for youth ages 12-16 years old.
So as you can see i have been around children of all ages for over 10 years. I take pride in providing a healthy, safe, happy atmosphere for your children. I will be certain to treat your kids the way that i would expect my little one to be treated. I provide healthy meals and snacks and lots of educational activities as I don’t feel it is beneficial to a child’s development to be sat in front of the television all day.
