Welcome to Bright Beginnings Home Daycare in Alcona nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just down the road from the Holy Cross Catholic School.
At Bright Beginnings you can ensure your child is safe in a fun, warm and friendly homelike environment. I offer an educational place for your child to spend their days while you are away at work. I have a newly renovated, clean, child proof and smoke free home. Our home includes a large playroom and craft area that is very open and bright, along with a large fenced in back yard and gated wrap-around porch with age appropriate toys and play structures for children of all ages! (Daily outdoor activities weather permitting)
I offer healthy snacks and lunches. I do story time, daily crafts and small group activities. These activities include, baking, sensory exploration, music and movement, and circle time. Also, each week we focus on a theme, vocabulary word, shapes/colours, letters, numbers and nursery rhymes.
I offer a wide variety of games, toys, and educational activities to meet the needs of all age groups and levels of development. A smaller home daycare ensures more individual attention and teaching, allowing your child the opportunity to express themselves, build positive self esteem and provide endless opportunities for them to learn while having fun!
I am current in my First Aid and CPR, I have a clean record and offer receipts and daily journals. I am within walking distance for drop off and pick up of children that attend the Holy Cross Catholic School.
