My name is Christina and I have CPR and first aid training, as well as CPI, QAM, abuse prevention and behavioral training for children with special needs. I studied Police Foundations, Criminology and Psychology through college and university as well as advanced courses in child development. Over the past 10 years I have worked in group homes, residential day programs for disabled children, youth and young adults, had a home day care, and been an alternate day care provider through the day care agency Global home day care. I am a loving mother and step mother of 4 great children.
I offer a Smoke free, clean and secure environment for you and your children. I serve healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. We read stories every day, listen to and dance to music, learn our ABC’s and 123’s. We do crafts and sing songs, play games and have free play time. We have outdoor play time and go on fields trips from time to time. I have many indoor and outdoor toys, with a fenced back yard and a park close by. I have many indoor and outdoor toys which I rotate so children don’t get bored of them, a fenced back yard for safe play and a park close by. I will teach your children different learning techniques, fine and gross motor skills as well as encourages self-empowerment and team effort.
Infants, children and English-speaking children with special needs are welcome.
Whether you require full time or part time care, early drop off or pick ups, or even weekend care I am flexible.
