I am the licensee of the Langara Stars daycare. I have Bachelor in education, ECE and Montessori diploma. I have 21 years experience working with children age 1 to 6 years old. I established my daycare in 2003 and before that I was working as preschool teacher for about 1 year.
I set up my daycare based on Montessori approach. I provide theme based activities, art and craft, music and movement, circle time, felt board story, reading, counting,games and phonetic on daily basis. The daycare hours are 8:00 to 4:45. I offer Montessori activities in the morning and free play time in the afternoon. Indoor and outdoor activities are focus on the children's fine and gross motor skills development. I have a professional teacher beside me to give the most quality care to the children under me care. We do a lot more that I can not describe it in detail in this small window.
