→Child directed learning, emergent curriculum, ELECT documentation in keeping with school board curriculum goals for early learning (Kindergarten readiness – I have worked for the school board in Kindergarten programs)
•Summer or afterschool care considered (space depending)
•Daily outdoor play and exercise, many parks nearby
•Healthy, home cooked meals and snacks (can accommodate vegetarians, nut and latex free home, can accommodate any other allergies as well)
•CPR and Standard First Aid qualified, Fiancé is NLS lifeguard (and often home during daytime hours and available to help out should I find myself ill, reducing parent’s need for last minute care arrangements)
•Personal anaphylaxis allergy means I’m hyper vigilant about allergies, carry my own epi-pen, I have used one before, if your child has allergies I will insist upon wearing your child’s epi-pen on my own body in a fanny pack at all times; same for inhalers for asthma etc.
•I have a wide variety of references both personal and professional for you to contact – ask them anything, and call them back if you forget something! I want this to be a great fit for everyone.
