I provide a safe place to entertain your children as you work. With my own two little ones we have a ton of activities to occupy their little minds.
Flexibility is my specialty. If you need someone to start earlier in the morning than most day cares, I will accommodate.
My home is baby proofed (as I have a one year old of my own) with a separate play room for the kiddies. I have a lower level powder room which is great for potty training toddlers and keeps us all on the same level.
I do not have any formal child care training but have been working with kids for 15+ years from baby sitting to programs in the church (which requires a police check so I have a current one done).
I try to get out as much as possible to public playgroups and storytime in the colder months and in the backyard or local playground (right around the corner) in the warmer months.
I provide meals and snacks that are healthy and nutritious. I make as much as possible homemade including pasta sauce and bread.
I am not French but if your child speaks french and english at home, I will speak french to them. I took French Immersion in school right into high school and I feel confident enough to communicate in french to your child.
No one in my household smokes and we do not have pets.
I use cloth diapers on my children so will certainly use them on yours if you do.
