I am a mother of two young children. My eldest will begin JK in the fall and my youngest will turn one in August. My home is located in Binbrook, and I am very close to two new Elementary schools and parks. I am an elementary school teacher and I am currently on maternity leave. I will not be returning to teaching this fall as I have decided to stay at home with my son and offer child care.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education; I have worked in a variety of daycares before I began my teaching career and an Ontario Early Years centre. I have a current Criminal Reference check and I will be updating my First Aid / CPR this spring.
I promise to provide a loving, supportive, clean, nurturing and safe environment while your child is in my care. Your child will have many opportunities to explore, learn and grow while developing important social and cognitive abilities and fine/gross motor skills, during structured circle and activity times as well as indoor and outdoor explorative play. Your child will enjoy healthy nutritious meals and snacks. I will provide a weekly menu and daily communication logs so you know how your little one is doing each day.
