I am a mom to a 3 year old girl and a 20 month old boy. My program promotes all areas of early learning, and activities are designed to encourage creativity, foster socialization, and promote development of motor skills. These activities consist of free play, arts and crafts, baking, music, sensory experience, and outdoor play. I offer this program in a warm, loving, positive and fun environment, and I strive to create lasting relationships with children and their parents.
Highlights of Program:

I have a BA from the University of Guelph, with courses in sociology, psychology & child development. I am CPR & first aid certified (March 2013). Police Record check available (March 2013). I have an open-door policy for parents.
Nutritious hot lunches, snacks & milk included. All food follows the recommendations provided by Canada’s Food Guide. Lots of fresh fruit, veggies, whole grains and lean meats.
Non-Smoking environment. Fenced backyard with built-in sandbox.
Pet-friendly as I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. As part of my policy, the dogs will be kept in a separate area of my home, and will not be in contact with the daycare children.
I am located on the West End of Guelph, and across the street from Margaret Green Park. Located conveniently close to the Hanlon Expressway and Highway 7.
I do not offer before & after school care.
Hours of Operation: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:45pm.
Rate: $40/day
Receipts provided on a monthly basis. |
