I am an ECE and have plenty of experience working with children of all ages (I have two grown daughters as well). I have worked in daycare centres, as well as provided home daycare for many years.
I provide care on the main floor of my bright, open concept home. I have a variety of toys for children of all ages - infant to school age. The playroom is open to my kitchen, so there is constant supervision even while preparing meals.
Our days are generally laid back. I do not have a strict schedule (9:00 Breakfast, 9:15 Play, 10:00 Read, etc.). We enjoy spending our time playing with toys, reading, doings arts&crafts and playing outside. We spend a lot of our days at the neary by park and out front with riding toys (weather permitting).
I provide 2 meals (breakfast and lunch) and 2-3 snacks a day.
