I am offering a safe, happy and developmentally appropriate environment to care for your children.
I am a Certified Child Development Practitioner (also known as ECE, Early Childhood Educator) and a father of two. My wife also assists in providing care for some time each week.
Over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages, from infant to teenage years in numerous environments including camp, children’s theatre, before-and-after school programs, home care and daycare centres.
Completed three-year Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Diploma program through Loyalist College, including Level C First Aid Certification; also have a diploma in Theatre Performance from Humber College.
Full time and Part time spots available immediately for children infant to 12 years.
Flexible schedules available to accommodate your family’s needs. Rates negotiable based on arrangement and number of children requiring care. Shift workers welcome.
Homemade, healthy meals and snack provided and served according to Canada’s Food Guide.
Large, private fenced backyard and many parks close by so your children will receive lots of outside time.
Play based curriculum following the lead of each individual child to encourage growth in all realms of development.
Music, both recorded and live, are a big part of everyday (can play ukulele, recorder, bongos, and have a toy piano).
Observations and logs conducted for each child in my care to enable me to work as a partner with families on providing the best care for your children.
