Location: 3 Minutes North of Lougheed Mall -Coquitlam, BC
Monthly Rates: based on 9 hours of care daily - 20 days a month
Ages: infant - 4 years $750.00 = $37.50 a day ($4.16 p/h) includes daily snacks
Parents Provide: Diapers/wipes/bottles & formula
Parents Provide: 1 x daily meals & a re-useable jusice box
Subsidy accepted!
Deposit: $150.00 - at regisrtation & refunded on final invoice

Admission Requirements:
1. Documented up-to-date immunization record
2. Full disclosure of diseases or medical conditions
3. Annual flu shot – no exceptions! Must have a Dr. note on-site
(1 child in care has rare form of kidney disease)
