I am an early childhood education (ECE) teacher with 25 years of experience working with children of all ages.
Using Montessori teaching methods and numerous educational materials that are designed for early childhood learning, I implement these to help children reach their maximum potential.
In addition to my ECE, I have a police clearance, CPR-B certification, and excellent references from other very satisfied parents.
Your child will greatly enjoy the loving, nurturing, smoke-free, pet-free, and clean spacious home environment, (approximately 2,000 sq. ft.) that Raji’s Home Montessori Daycare provides.
Nutritious meals and snacks are essential for the growth of a child, which I happily provide.
My meal plan includes two healthy snacks and one hot lunch, which are made from ingredients such as grain-fed meat and alternatives, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. My meal plan brings kids the joy of mindful eating, crafted with well-balanced, organic ingredients, and the love of wholesome home cooking.
Your child will benefit exponentially through the variety of fun activities that enhance his or her creative expression. Some activities include painting, arts and crafts and music. In addition to the fun games that your child will participate in class, they will also engage themselves in activities that develop the right side of the brain, including colouring, which enhances hand-eye coordination. We will also have story time, which develops crucial listening skills and various workbook activities that promote independent work habits of the cognitive brain.
Your child is the most important person to us and their special day will always be remembered. At the Montessori, we all celebrate special occasions such as birthdays, Christmas, Halloween, Canada Day, etc. These special moments are captured at each individual event and wonderful memories will be provided to you at the end of each year.
Your child’s growth and development in the Montessori will be provided to you in the form of daily logs, as well as monthly/yearly progress report cards.
