I am a loving mom who provides a safe and fun home day care.I have run this for 7 years. I am from England and have worked with children for 20 years. This has been in different settings: group homes for children with disabilities and Autism, as a supervisor, school settings and nannying. I have an Art degree and provide art and crafts/age appropriate play/ social skills/ conflict resolution as well as writing readiness.
I use neighbourhood drop in programs, local library and indoor play areas as well as parks.
I am trained in first aid and CPR. I have a current police check as I volunteer as a scout leader.
I provide a cooked lunch and snacks.
In my previous employment I have had training in food hygiene, health and safety, fire prevention.
Admission conditions
I use a vehicle to do some school pick up, I take some children to nursery school and do outings in my community. ie: Riverdale farm, Beach, parks I don't drive on high way and all children have the correct car seats.
