Ivyleague daycare is a professional home daycare. Owned and operated by Summer, ECE (2005), Honours BA Psychology (2008) and Bachelor of Education primary/junior (2010).
Ivyleague daycare is situated on a private, 1/3 acre property. The backyard is fully enclosed by a 15 foot cedar hedge (with a 5 foot fence within the hedge). It has mature trees (maple, birch and pine), numerous gardens and plenty of lush green grass! This gem of a property allows the daycare children to spend their day outdoors in nature without ever leaving the Ivyleague Daycare property.
Indoors, the daycare has a self-contained 600 sq ft area of play space with a partial kitchen plus a private bathroom. Each child has their own nap room with a full crib. Children are served warm, home-cooked meals and snacks of fresh fruits and vegetables.
The children at Ivyleague daycare can form strong friendships with a few friends close in age. There are no school drop-offs and pick-ups to disrupt our day. Ivyleague daycare strives to maintain a comfortable and warm childcare environment that provides consistency and structure in a flexible and age appropriate manner.
Ivyleague Daycare is located in Craig Henry, near Woodroffe and Hunt Club. With close proximity to the 416 (hunt club) and the 417 (woodroffe) it conveniently serves the communities of Craig Henry, Centrepointe, Arlington Woods and Barrhaven.
