Working as a daycare provider for the last 24 years, I have had dozens of children come in and out of my doors from all walks of life.
I create and fun-loving and caring environment for my children. My home is in a residential neighborhood and my backyard is a child's dream playground. Around the corner, there is a local city park with a splash pad. Weather permitting; I take the children to the park during our morning stroll.
My children are fed good wholesome and homemade food. I am very accommodating with children's eating habits and dietary restrictions. I often like to treat my children with homemade baked goods.
I am bilingual and often like to teach my kids basic French phrases such as merci, de rien, s'il vous plaît, allez-y and arrêtez. I also teach them to count in French up to 100.
I love to engage the children in arts and crafts that they can take home to their parents. I also insist on story time prior to the children taking a nap.
