I am a childcare provider living in Glen Cairn Kanata. have 26 years of home daycare experience.I am the mother to two girls age 30 and 34 years. I am also a grandmother to 2 boys and 3 girls, the oldest is 11 years and the youngest is 18 months. I live on a quiet cul de sac with very low traffic with a fully fenced backyard with 4 structures. I have a partial playroom on the main floor and a full playroom in the basement. This a smoke free/pet friendly (dog) home.I provide lunch and snacks daily as well as lots of fun filled activities. We go outside as much as possible weather permitting. We go to parks, the library, nature walks, free play and water play in the backyard. Indoors we do crafts, colouring, circle and story time as well as free play. I focus alot on safety as well as manners. Children are expected to walk at the side of the road look both ways before crossing the street, sitting on the school bus, and not leaving my driveway until I say it's okay. Children are expected to say please and thank you as well as treating each other how they like to be treated. I'm very reliable and rarely sick. My main goal is for parents to feel at ease when at work and to know their children are in safe and loving hands.
