Is your child starting kindergarten in September 2013 or September 2014? Let me prepare your child to begin their academic future with a running start. Hello! I am a Ontario Certified Elementary Teacher, who will prepare your child for kindergarten in a warm and loving home. This program will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting September 2013; two sessions to choose from 9:00-11:30 or 12:30-3:00. I will provide:
• Age appropriate and educational toys/games
• Fully fenced in yard
• Spacious basement
• Child proofed, smoke and pet free home
• Close to Beverly Glen PS (near Warden and Finch)
• Close to Bridlewood Library
• Healthy snacks provided (includes a fresh fruit)
• Safe and Clean small group (maximum of 4 children)
Each Day the Pre-Kindergarten Program will include:
• Math (Numbers, Patterns, Sorting objects, Measurement, Shapes)
• Language (letter recognition, writing his/her name, reading)
• Arts (Crafts, music)
• Science activities (weekly hands-on experiments)
• Personal and social development (Using social skills in play)
• Health and Physical Activity (Large and Fine-motor skills)
